We care about the mental health of our fellow jiu jitsu players, wrestlers, judoka and MMA fighters alike. Stress, depression, loneliness, anxiety; it’s all on the rise, especially during a pandemic when we’re starved of the regular training our bodies and minds rely on.
Tragically, suicide rates across the UK are at a 20-year high, particularly for men. With social isolation and economic uncertainty being felt for so many across the country, it’s never been more important to be mindful of our own mental health, look out for those suffering in our community and raise awareness for suicide prevention.
Grapplers For Life donate 100% of our profits to Suicide Prevention Charities such as Samaritans and Papyrus.
